Job Summary: We Madam, a distinguished name in Bengali cuisine located in Saltlake Sector V, Kolkata, is seeking a skilled and creative Bengali Mocktail Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, a deep understanding of Bengali flavors and ingredients, and the ability to craft unique mocktails that complement our culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop a variety of mocktail recipes inspired by Bengali flavors and ingredients.
• Prepare mocktails according to standard recipes and guest specifications.
• Ensure high quality and consistent presentation of mocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mocktail preparation area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure mocktail offerings complement food items.
• Monitor and manage inventory of mocktail ingredients and supplies.
• Uphold health and safety standards in mocktail preparation and service.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to recommend mocktail pairings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mocktail Maker or similar role, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of mocktail preparation techniques and ingredients.
• Understanding of Bengali cuisine and flavors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in mocktail presentation.
• Certification in mixology or relevant training is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
