We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Executive to help us expand our clientele Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through various means, such as cold calling, networking, and online research
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insight sand recommendations to enhance our sales strategies.
Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management..
Meeting sales quotas.

At least have 6 months to 1 year of internship/sales/Telle calling exp
