Job Description

Responsibilities: Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor. Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure efficient utilization of tables and smooth customer flow. Assisting guests in making reservations, providing information about the restaurant\'s services, menus, and special promotions. Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guests\' satisfaction. Maintaining an organized reservation system, accurately recording guest information and special requests. Collaborating with the restaurant staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Monitoring and managing the waiting list during peak hours, keeping guests informed about the estimated wait times and offering alternatives when necessary. Ensuring that guests with special requests or preferences, such as dietary restrictions or celebrations, receive personalized attention and appropriate arrangements are made. Assisting in coordinating special events or private dining reservations. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including the entrance, waiting area, and host/hostess station. Collaborating with other departments, such as the kitchen and serving staff, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Upselling menu items, beverages, or special promotions to guests, in line with established guidelines. Keeping up-to-date with menu offerings, daily specials, and restaurant policies to provide accurate information to guests. Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills. Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage reservations and guest flow effectively. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism. A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of restaurant operations, menus, and basic food and beverage terminology. Familiarity with reservation management systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: From 920,000.00 per month Benefits:
