Job Overview:
As the Guest Relation Executive - Front Desk, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing all front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the FitClub team, and creating a welcoming environment that aligns with FitClub's high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and welcome all clients and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Provide accurate information about FitClub's services, facilities, and programs.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
Maintain a well-organized and professional front desk area.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages with accuracy and courtesy.
Maintain records of memberships, appointments, and client preferences.
Sales and Promotion Support:
Upsell memberships, personal training packages, and special programs.
Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into memberships.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with trainers, facility staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
Process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain daily reports and update client databases.
Ensure compliance with FitClub policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Attributes:

Proficient in using MS Office and CRM systems.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Aviation, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in front desk, guest relations, or hospitality roles, preferably in premium establishments such as gyms, hotels, or the aviation industry.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
