Profile: Staff Nurse (Female)
Qualification: GNM
Salary: upto 25K
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
• Qualification: GNM/Bsc
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Valid nursing license and registration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
