: We are seeking a Front Office Executive with strong administrative skills, specializing in receptionist duties and proficient in Excel. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within the real estate industry with a focus on material management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and ensure a professional reception area.
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory related to real estate materials.
• Proficiently use Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is advantageous.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.83 per month
