We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contract for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring a warm and welcoming reception area, and maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
> Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues with a smile and professionalism.
> Manage and answer phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
> Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
> Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
> Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and reports.
> Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and reflects the company image.
