Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Office Admin / Receptionist (Female) who will be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for helping others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Counseling : Assist students in choosing the right courses that align with their career goals and interests.

- Reception and Front Office : Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, managing the front desk and ensuring a welcoming environment.

- Scheduling Meeting s: Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all appointments are managed efficiently.

- Office Administratio n: Handle administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling, and other office-related duties.

- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to students and visitors, addressing their inquiries and providing relevant information about our courses and services.

- Communication : Maintain effective communication channels within the office and with external contacts.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?7,000.00 per month
