About the Role

As a Biology Faculty at Gurcharanam Academy, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating students in grades 9th-12th. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging biology courses that foster a love for learning and prepare students for future academic and professional pursuits.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive and engaging biology courses aligned with educational standards and learner needs for grades 9th-12th. Develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and application of knowledge.
• Instruction: Deliver live online classes using innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment. Utilize interactive tools, simulations, and multimedia resources to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning community by actively engaging with students, providing personalized support, and addressing their individual needs. Encourage active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality educational content, including videos, animations, interactive simulations, and practice exercises, to support student learning and reinforce key concepts.
• Assessment: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, provide timely feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Utilize a variety of assessment methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations.
• Professional Development: Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay abreast of the latest developments in biology education, teaching methodologies, and technology. Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance your teaching practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
