Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event and Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing and strengthening client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth event execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and at least one year of experience in a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience from planning through execution.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to confirm bookings, manage schedules, and negotiate terms to ensure all event needs are met seamlessly.
• RSVP Management: Track and manage RSVPs for events, maintaining accurate guest lists, and confirming attendance details as required.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain event documents, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, develop presentations in PowerPoint, and handle other administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, to ensure expectations are met.
• Problem-Solving: Address client concerns, troubleshoot event-day issues, and proactively work to ensure events run smoothly.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
