Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate High School English Teacher for classes 6 to 12 to join our dedicated faculty. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching English Language and will be adept at creating a stimulating, interactive, and culturally responsive classroom environment that encourages students to explore literature and express themselves effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and engage students in critical thinking and analysis.
• Facilitate discussions, group activities, and projects that enhance students' understanding of literature and communication skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and class participation.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic and personal growth.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular approaches and participate in school-wide initiatives.
• Stay current with educational best practices and contribute to the professional development of the teaching team.

Qualifications:

• B.Ed for TGT
• M.Ed for PGT Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant teaching certification
• Experience teaching English at the high school level
