Job Overview

We are hiring a Doctor for AiR Humanitarian Homes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the suffering humanity. As a Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing medical care, assistance, and support to the destitute and abandoned individuals admitted at the A.i.R Charitable Home. This opportunity is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position. We are looking for a candidate with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in the medical field.

Qualifications and Skills

MBBS degree from a recognized medical college

Valid registration with the Medical Board

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Doctor in a similar capacity

Experience in medical legal consulting and destitute medical consulting is desirable

Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Kannada language to speak, read and write is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of the residents admitted at the A.i.R Charitable Home

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ailments, and injuries

Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and treatments based on individual needs

Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents

Provide medical guidance and support to the staff members of A.i.R Charitable Home

Participate in medical rounds, staff meetings, and trainings

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of residents

Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice

Contribute to the continuous improvement of medical services at AiR Humanitarian Homes
