Job Description
We seek a highly motivated Customer Support Executive at Bingage
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support and Engagement:
+ Interact with customers to gather feedback and insights.
+ Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information.
+ Help develop customer success stories and testimonials.
• Sales Support:
+ Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
+ Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via email and phone to establish relationships.
+ Assist in preparing and delivering product pitches.
+ Participate in sales meetings and help track sales performance.
+ Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
