• Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and banking products.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers on digital banking solutions and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in customer support or banking is an advantage.
