We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and banking products.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers on digital banking solutions and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and multitasking.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant demeanor.
• Prior experience in customer support or banking is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
