Job Responsibilities:

Call potential nurse candidates from lead forms. Persuade and convert leads into active candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Address candidate inquiries and provide necessary information. Follow up consistently to ensure candidate engagement. Collect required documents from nurses and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in at least one of the following: English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam. Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
