Job Description

The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and working closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.
• Reporting:
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications.

• Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the industry relevant to the company's products or services.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer service tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
