Job Title: Female Customer Follow-up Executive (Jewellery Showroom)

Location: NSC Bose Road, Sowcarpet, Chennai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our jewellery showroom team as a Customer Follow-up Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers post-purchase, ensuring that they have a seamless and satisfying experience. This role involves regular communication with clients, addressing any concerns or queries, and working closely with the sales team to enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high quality Images of new ornaments for uploading

Use techniques and tools to enhance and edit images to meet the desired quality.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that the target is achieved in the final product.

Ensure that all the images are captured on time and completed on the targeted day.

Weighing of every ornament.

Data Entry of details of the ornament in the software namely, product name, weight, code number etc

Generating Tag Serial number of the ornament

Assigning Tag Serial number to the ornament

Transferring the saved photo of the ornament in the I Pad to the Desktop

Tag out of the sold product

Packing / Quality check of the new ornament to Counter / Marketing Departments

Metal Pin Quality Check

Data Capturing in CRM Software

Product Details in MS Excel

Support Order Processing Department

Ensuring the daily tasks are carried out by Junior executive

• Customer Engagement & Follow-Up: Contact customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction with their products and services.
• Issue Resolution: Address any customer concerns, queries, or complaints promptly, ensuring they are handled professionally and effectively.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on pending orders, special requests, and new product arrivals. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, repairs, or customization work, providing updates when necessary. Gather feedback from customers regarding their showroom experience and the quality of jewellery purchased to help improve service. Maintain an organized and updated database of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication. Promote loyalty programs, upcoming events, or new collections, offering customers additional incentives to return to the showroom. Develop personalized relationships with high-value clients, offering tailored product recommendations based on their preferences and previous purchases. Ensure customers are invited to exclusive showroom events, sales, and promotions. Provide regular reports to management on customer follow-up activities, feedback received, and areas of improvement.
