We are seeking a talented and multilingual Female Customer Care Executive fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing information about immigration services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about immigration and visa services in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Address client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues or completion of processes.
• Assist in converting inquiries into leads and achieving individual and team targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.

Expertise Required:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
