Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students in a professional and positive manner, actively listening to their concerns and guiding them appropriately.
• Respond promptly to student queries on WhatsApp.
• Develop new leads and contacts to grow the business.
• Attend to inquiries and provide detailed and satisfactory solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent influencing and convincing abilities.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
