: Female Counselor (Digital Marketing Course)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Female Counselor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing the right digital marketing course to meet their career goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a basic understanding of digital marketing.

• Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students, helping them understand the value and benefits of our digital marketing courses.
• Course Guidance: Recommend the most suitable digital marketing courses based on students' interests, career goals, and academic background.
• Information Sharing: Explain course details, including curriculum, duration, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students and their families.
• Lead Generation: Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments by showcasing the benefits of the digital marketing course.
• Admissions Process: Assist students in the application process, including filling out forms and submitting required documents.
• Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with students via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Knowledge Update: Stay updated on course content and developments in the digital marketing industry to provide accurate information to students.
• Sales Target: Meet individual and team enrollment targets by effectively counseling students to purchase and enroll in courses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain course details and benefits clearly.
• Empathy & Patience: Ability to listen to students' needs and provide thoughtful, helpful guidance.
• Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and courses (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing) is an advantage.
• Customer Service: A focus on providing exceptional service to students and ensuring a positive experience.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for maintaining records and following up with students.
• Female Candidate: The position is open to female candidates who have a compassionate approach to counseling and student engagement.
• Education/Experience: A degree in any discipline is preferred. Previous experience in counseling or educational sales is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,482.88 - ?26,000.00 per month
