Job Description

The Female Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various activities, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive and productive environment within the organization. She will collaborate with various teams and departments to implement strategies, ensure compliance, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling for company executive
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive
• Review and monitor the work progress and be updated

Preferred - Female Candidate

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven success in managing coordination, collaboration, and communication in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
