Responsibilities, Skills and Requirements:

Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital content, including videos, reels, shorts on social media. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that showcase our company culture and client experiences. Collaboration: Work closely with internal communications, marketing, and creative teams to align content with overall employer branding strategies. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and employer branding. Brainstorming content ideas. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital content creation or on-camera experience. Youtubers with active or passive YT channels can apply.
