Position: Computer Trainer (Female)
Program: DEP Youth & Women Program
Contract Type: Contractual (till March 2025)
Salary: ?20,000 per month
Timings: 8 hours per day, 2 Saturdays off per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct computer training sessions for youth and women under the DEP Youth & Women Program.
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons on computer fundamentals, software applications, and digital skills.
• Provide hands-on guidance to students to ensure a practical understanding of the concepts.
• Work within community settings to encourage participation and create an inclusive learning environment.
• Track and assess students' progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with the program team to align training modules with program objectives.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Qualification: BCA or B.Tech
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers with a willingness to work in community settings are welcome).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with youth and women from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
