to join our team as

Admission Counsellors.

The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working during late-night hours. While a UK accent is an added advantage, it is not mandatory.

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to work remotely in recruitment and admission counselling, helping prospective students and job candidates connect with our programs and job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admission Counsellor:

Guide prospective students through the admissions process for Wartens' courses and programs.
Respond to queries from potential students regarding courses, fees, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend the most suitable course options.
Assist students with completing the application process, submitting documents, and handling inquiries about financial aid.
Provide continuous follow-up with prospective students to ensure their enrolment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support enrolment targets and strategies.

2.Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in English. While a UK accent is an added advantage, it is not mandatory.
A positive and persuasive personality with a strong customer service focus.
Basic computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms is a plus).
Ability to work from home with a proper laptop, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and a reliable power backup.
Willingness to work late-night hours (until 2:30 AM IST).
No experience necessary--training will be provided.

3.Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary: ?25,000 per month.
Salary can be reconsidered based on candidate's experience and ability to learn new technologies as per company expectations.
