Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Executive:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
Actively source candidates via job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and preliminary interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the hiring process.
Provide feedback to candidates regarding their applications and interview outcomes.
2. Admission Counsellor:
Guide prospective students through the admissions process for Wartens' courses and programs.
Respond to queries from potential students regarding courses, fees, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend the most suitable course options.
Assist students with completing the application process, submitting documents, and handling inquiries about financial aid.
Provide continuous follow-up with prospective students to ensure their enrolment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support enrolment targets and strategies.
3.Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in English. While a UK accent is an added advantage, it is not mandatory.
A positive and persuasive personality with a strong customer service focus.
Basic computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms is a plus).
Ability to work from home with a proper laptop, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and a reliable power backup.
Willingness to work late-night hours (until 2:30 AM IST).
No experience necessary--training will be provided.
4.Salary & Benefits:
Starting salary: ?25,000 per month.
