Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBA HR Manager/Counselor with strong expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO) to join our team. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with counseling and social media strategies to support the organization's brand, attract talent, and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in HR management and talent counseling, with a proven track record in utilizing social media to drive recruitment and company branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Human Resource Management:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive work environment.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Conduct regular HR counseling sessions for staff, offering guidance on career development, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.
• Counseling and Talent Development:
• Counsel employees on career progression and professional development plans.
• Organize workshops and training sessions for employee skills enhancement.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on team management and employee engagement.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO):
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Manage and optimize the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content that promotes the company culture, values, and job opportunities.
• Track and analyze SMO performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
• Plan and implement programs to boost employee morale, motivation, and productivity.
• Develop strategies for effective internal communication, keeping employees informed and engaged.
• Organize team-building events and activities that reinforce a positive workplace culture.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, recruitment, and employee engagement for management review.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in HR management, counseling, and SMO.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee counseling.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in counseling or a related discipline.
• Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Creative and strategic mindset for social media content creation.
