Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Handle inquiries professionally via email, phone, and in person.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
