Roles & Responsibilities:
• Good customer service skill and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries that they might have during the phone conversations regarding Up-skilling programs.
• Assisting students in course selection as well as scheduling the classes
• Students fee collection & updating.
• Responsible for the maintenance of proper database of students & updating of sales figures from time to time.
• Fast learner and passion for sales and target-oriented.
• Self motivated with a results driven approach
• Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
Skills:
• Should be proficient in communication
• Ability to develop good relationship with parents, children and colleagues
• Ability to self - evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
Experience: 3 yrs.
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Location: B-19, 4th Floor, Sector-1, Noida, U.P. (near metro - 15)
