Job Description

Education & Qualification -

1. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in program management, preferably in a fellowship or leadership development context.

2. Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate fellows and team members.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

4. Experience in designing and delivering training programs or capacity-building initiatives.

5. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a challenging environment.

7. Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations, foundations, or social impact sectors is desirable.

8. Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies and tools.

9. Fluency in additional languages, particularly relevant to the organization's geographical focus, is a plus.

JD -

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the fellowship program, aligning it with the organization's mission and goals.
• Design innovative program components, including curriculum, mentorship, networking opportunities, and experiential learning activities.
• Lead the selection process for fellows, including designing application criteria, forming selection committees, and reviewing applications.
• Identify and recruit exceptional candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to the program's focus area. Oversee all aspects of program implementation, including logistics, scheduling, budget management, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of program activities and resources.
• Develop a robust mentorship framework, matching fellows with experienced mentors who can provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to fellows, addressing their individual needs, challenges, and aspirations.
• Foster a dynamic and inclusive community of fellows, alumni, mentors, and stakeholders, facilitating opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and peer learning.
• Organize networking events, workshops, conferences, and other activities to promote interaction and relationship-building among program participants.
• Establish evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness, impact, and outcomes of the fellowship program.
• Collect feedback from fellows, mentors, and other stakeholders to continuously improve program design and delivery.
• Promote the achievements and contributions of fellows and alumni through various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and publications.
• Advocate for the importance of fellowship programs in fostering talent development, innovation, and social change within the organization and beyond.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?384,454.88 - ?1,410,314.77 per year
