Responsibilities: Support in scouting potential incubatee by performing secondary research and site visits Involve and support the team in conducting innovation challenges, workshops and other events. Involve and support the team in building documentation and incubatee management. Involve and support the work of the livelihood team. Qualification and Skills Any Bachelors degree. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills along with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, follow through, and deliver on a deadline Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, as well as the ability to adjust communication approach to various audiences. Open to travel on site for fieldwork and onsite events. Exposure to the development sector, it can be through academic internships/field work or volunteering experience. Proficiency in Kannada and English Desirable: Bachelors/Masters degree in Development studies/Social Entrepreneurship or closely related field Previous experience with an incubation program or social enterprise is a plus.
