•Job Profile•


Research and Analysis:


• Conduct in-depth research in the areas of social science, humanities, women empowerment, women's rights, gender inequality, and social inclusion.
• Analyze data and trends to identify key issues and propose actionable solutions.

Project Management:


• Lead and manage research projects within the Social Transformation and CSR Division.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
• Develop project proposals, including defining objectives, methodologies, and timelines.

Collaboration and Networking:


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic institutions, NGOs, government agencies, and private sector organizations.
• Build and maintain networks to enhance the impact of research and advocacy efforts.

Mentorship:


• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and interns.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to share knowledge and expertise.

Policy Advocacy:


• Engage in policy advocacy to promote social justice, women's rights, and gender equality.
• Prepare policy briefs, reports, and recommendations to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.

Publication and Dissemination:


• Publish research findings in reputable journals, magazines, and other media outlets.
• Present research at conferences, seminars, and public forums to disseminate knowledge and raise awareness.

Resource Mobilization:


• Identify funding opportunities and develop grant proposals to secure financial support for research projects.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.




Monitoring and Evaluation:


• Monitor and evaluate the impact of research projects and initiatives.
• Develop and implement frameworks for assessing project outcomes and effectiveness.

Administrative Duties:


• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

15 - 20 Years


•Qualification•


Master-s Degree in Social Work- Social Science- or any other relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute (Ph.D. preferred).
