This role involves extensive collaboration with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Coordination:Develop and implement event plans and strategies to meet organizational goals.Coordinate logistics for field meetings including venue selection, accommodations, transportation, and catering.Create detailed event timelines and manage schedules to ensure timely execution.Budget Management:Prepare and manage budgets for each event, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to obtain the best rates and services.Vendor and Stakeholder Management:Identify and engage with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related services.Foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Marketing and Communication:Develop promotional materials and communication plans to promote events and ensure participant engagement.Coordinate with marketing teams to implement event advertising and publicityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per monthBenefits:
