We're looking for a dynamic Producer to concept, write, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms. This role requires a hands-on storyteller who can take an idea from concept to execution, producing high-quality, platform-specific content that drives virality and results. If you have experience creating content end-to-end-from brainstorming to posting-that's a huge plus.Responsibilities- Concept and develop content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests.- Write compelling scripts, captions, and copy optimized for social platforms.- Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.- Oversee the full content lifecycle: concepting, scripting, editing, and publishing.- Monitor trends in social media, content formats, and audience preferences to inform creative strategies.- Post content regularly across platforms and track performance metrics to optimize for reach, engagement, and growth.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging, tone, and style align with overall brand strategy.- Engage with audience across social media Qualifications- Experience running & growing a YouTube channel - Proven experience as a content creator, producer, or editor (portfolio required).- Strong writing skills for scripts, captions, and engaging social media copy.- A great sense of humor.- Proficiency in video production tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.- Experience creating platform-specific content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.- Strong understanding of storytelling principles to create engaging, shareable content.- Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with content analytics and performance tracking tools.- Tactical social strategist- Bonus: Experience in industries like Fintech, Ecommerce, or B2B.You're a Great Fit If You:- Experience running a YouTube channel- Have a creative mindset and can quickly turn ideas into polished, engaging content.- Are skilled at balancing conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.- Have a pulse on social media trends and know what makes content go viral.- Are comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.- Love seeing a project through from the spark of an idea to its final post.- A scrappy, in the weeds approach to social media (ref:updazz.com)
