Associate, you\'ll assist clients in analysing and identifying financial risks, build
ML models by leveraging Python, ML algorithms and SQL for various problem
statements on engagements for the AML Transaction Monitoring. You are
expected to build strong professional relationships and communicate effectively
with stakeholders.

As Se nior Associate , you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a te am of problem solve rs with
extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their
complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide support to our clients with the technology consulting solutions.
\xe2\x96\xaa Work with global teams, attending the calls, asking relevant questions,
providing status reporting to different stakeholders.
\xe2\x96\xaa Ability and interest to learn new technologies.
\xe2\x96\xaa Communicating clearly when writing, speaking and/or presenting to
project stakeholders, ability to effectively articulate.
\xe2\x96\xaa Understand the client requirements, translate it using technologies.
\xe2\x96\xaa Previous experience working in Financial Services industry and matrixed
organization required.Must Have:
\xe2\x96\xaa Expertise in Python programming, strong familiarity with libraries such as
Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, matplotlib, Sklearn, SciPy, statsmodel and other
ML libraries.
\xe2\x96\xaa ML Model selection and development including EDA, Build Models, Tune
Model parameters for optimal performance with good understanding of
Model validation metrics like Accuracy, F1 score, AUC etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong background in relational database, with expertise in writing
advanced SQL queries and stored procedures, ideally with databases like
Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, including data
processing, manipulation, and bulk data transfers.
\xe2\x96\xaa Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
\xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge in AML/Transaction Monitoring.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience within a technology organization in the banking, financial
services, or financial technology industries preferred.
\xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile
methodologies.
\xe2\x96\xaa Consulting experience .Preferred Qualifications:
