About the Role
  • Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions
  • Train Students on Food & Beverage Service basics; how to meet/greet and seat a guest, order taking process and Kitchen coordination etc as per the DDU-GKY Syllabus.
  • Train students on Theory and Practical\xe2\x80\x99s as per the DDU-GKY Syllabus
  • Train students on best Hygiene and health practices
  • Provide classes with a fun and conversational experience while teaching
  • Facilitate soft skills training, grooming & professional appearance and verbal and nonverbal communication
  • Ensure high standards of professional practice and quality of teaching and learning
  • Convey the importance of outstanding customer care
  • Convey \xe2\x80\x98Best Practices\xe2\x80\x99 across multiple subjects
  • Lead by example in customer service excellence, beyond training duties
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Culinary Art/ Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Hospitality industry at a managerial level and 3 years of training/teaching experience on the track.
