: FNB Steward

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an FNB Steward. As an FNB Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverage areas. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Set up food and beverage stations according to the event requirements and specifications.

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and buffet areas.

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, and provide them with prompt and efficient service.

- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to address any guest queries or dietary restrictions.

- Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies throughout the event to ensure availability.

- Clear tables and clean up dining areas during and after the event.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
