F&B / Service supervisor
Responsible for Guest Experience at the property (Start from Check in / end at Check out, Events, Ambience setting...etc).
Responsible for Service - create an ambience by proper arrangements at every meal, (from order to plate clearing), make special arrangements for parties and events.
Assist in billing.
All Guests needs to be taken care of, like arrangement of cake, candle light dinner for couples, DJ ...etc.
Duties and responsibilities of all service staff must be communicated. Daily evening work allocation meetings to be conducted.
Breakfast buffet to be managed. Food quantity to be managed based on no of guests.
Dinner order from the guest to be taken in time and food to be served at restaurant.
Weekly Inventory stock checking and reporting for purchase
Inform manager for any maintenance work. Record issues in the maintenance register & follow up
Manage / Cover the work of other support staff during their leave.
Do everything within policy to turning their moments into memories.
All Service staff reports to you.
You reports to Operation Manager

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
