Job Description

We are looking for a Service Captain to promote and ensure guest satisfaction. He should be able to encourage team members through training and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and escorting them to the table

Offer menu recommendations upon request.

Take accurate food and drink orders

Communicate order details to Kitchen staffs

Collect bill payment.

Work Experience:

2 to 3 Years

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Previous experience in reservations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
