Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Service:
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide recommendations as needed.
• Serve orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining professional etiquette.
• Operations:
• Set up and clear tables as per the establishment's standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area and service stations.
• Handle billing procedures accurately and process payments.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and events.
• Teamwork:
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods to maintain service efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations consistently.
• Handle food and beverages according to company and legal standards.
• Problem-Solving:
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
• Handle any service disruptions or challenges professionally.
