Job Description
• Taking orders: Food and beverage attendants take orders from customers and may also ask about their dining experience.
• Providing customer service: F&B service roles require a professional and friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing a great customer experience.
• Following food safety regulations: F&B service roles require compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining safety standards: F&B service roles may involve ensuring that the restaurant is properly stocked and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Motivating staff: F&B service roles may involve training and motivating staff.
