F&b Sales Executive
Job Description
Summary The F&B Sales Executive will support the overall F&B operations to maximize guest satisfaction and business results by organising sales visits, answering queries and offering recommendations. You will maintain relationship with our loyal guests by providing up to date information on promotions and events in Food & Beverage. You will be responsible for promoting our F&B Outlets through telephone and guest connect to generate sales as well as establish and maintain guest database. You will provide suggestions and solution to the team through research done based on market trends. Qualifications . Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management . Minimum 2 years\' experience in F&B restaurant operations in a large scale operation . Strong communication, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
