Sales Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Create promotional plans and campaigns to boost sales.
Client Relations
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Identify and approach new business opportunities such as corporate clients, event organizers, or catering contracts.
• Handle client inquiries and provide customized solutions based on their needs.
Revenue Management
• Set sales targets and regularly monitor performance against these goals.
• Work closely with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Marketing Collaboration
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote F&B offerings through advertisements, social media, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional events, including tastings, launches, or themed nights.
Team Leadership
• Lead and train the sales team to enhance their performance and sales techniques.
• Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback or coaching.
Event Coordination
• Work with operations and banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of F&B services during events.
• Customize offerings based on event requirements, including menus and service styles.
Quality Assurance
• Ensure all food and beverage services meet the highest quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with chefs and operations managers to maintain consistency.
Reporting & Analysis
• Track sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Use analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills Required:
