F&B Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of all food &beverage outlets within the resort including restaurants, room service, & banquet services. Planning menu in consultation with chef, assist store keeper for purchasing supplies & negotiations, monitor inventory & control food cost, manage staff & schedules Handle guest complaints, customer service, developing customer relationships, food safety& hygiene, budgeting, maintain guest history. Carry out daily inspections of restaurant , kitchen & food store to ensure the operational standards is maintained , coordinate with other departments heads to ensure the smooth operations, etc. financial reporting related to the F&B operations.
