Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of the F&B operations at The Fern Habitat, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering excellent service and maintaining high-quality standards in our restaurants, banquets, room service, and any other F&B outlets. As an F&B Manager, you will ensure efficient operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability, while upholding our eco-friendly values and sustainability practices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet services, room service, and event catering.
  • Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and train the F&B staff to ensure consistent service standards and smooth operations. Foster a positive working environment, motivating the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, handling complaints promptly, and making improvements based on guest feedback.
  • Menu Development & Quality Control:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative menus that reflect the hotel's brand and cater to guests preferences. Maintain strict quality control over food and beverages served.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
Manage F&B department budgets, control costs, and optimize resources while ensuring profitability. Analyze financial data and report on revenue performance.
  • Inventory & Procurement:
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control of food, beverages, and other supplies. Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with both government regulations and the hotels sustainability policies.
  • Event Management:
Work closely with the Events and Sales teams to coordinate F&B services for banquets, meetings, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and high guest satisfaction.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
Assist in developing F&B promotions, special offers, and themed dining experiences to attract guests and increase revenue.
  • Sustainability Initiatives:
Align the F&B operations with the hotels eco-friendly initiatives, minimizing food waste and promoting sustainable sourcing of ingredients.
