Job Description

• Candidates should have 5 years Hotel restaurant work experience.
• Planning and coordination : Overseeing the planning, coordination, and monitoring of all F&B activities
• Serving guests : Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests are attended to
• Managing staff : Supervising junior staff and casual labor, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time
• Promoting sales : Up-selling and promoting food and beverage offerings to maximize sales
• Ensuring quality : Ensuring that food and beverages are served according to standards and recipes
• Handling complaints : Addressing guest complaints and feedback in a tactful and efficient manner
• Maintaining hygiene : Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Maintaining working areas : Ensuring that working areas are well maintained and clean
• Participating in meetings : Attending daily briefings and monthly meetings to discuss service aspects

Other responsibilities may include: Assisting with opening and closing duties, Taking and recording reservations, Collecting supply requisitions, and Remembering guest names and preferences. F&B executives may also need to have leadership, time management, culinary expertise, vendor management, menu development, strategic planning, and networking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
