• Ensures the availability of the food in coordination with the vendor staff
• Ensures employee experience is maintained.
• Provide training sanitary procedures for handling and storing foods in accordance with local regulations.
• Maintains the required levels of food safety in relation to storage and safe food handling techniques.
• Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
• Provides the required support for maintenance of HACCP standards.
• Receives vendor shipments and monitors both quality and quantity of supplies.
• Ensures kitchen cleanliness. Ensure Spring / Deep cleaning of Cafeteria.
• Implement efficient processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand reputation.
• Coordinate and supervise F&B services for corporate events, meetings, and special occasions.
• Collaborate with event planners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Qualification: Any graduate / Diploma in Catering and Hotel / Hospitality
Experience: 2 to 5 Years from corporate or hotel industry.
• Proven experience in F&B management, preferably within a corporate
• Sound knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and customer preferences.
