? Butchery , Mini bar , outlets Main store Inventory Taking In Month end

? Recipe costing for New Menu ingriendents collection from Executive chef

? Butchery yield test random check

? Suggestive Selling price quotes send to Executive chef & F&B Director

? Receiving Report Weekly Send to All Departments to Know their budget Cost

? Micros price change ,New Icon Creation and check prices menu Vs micros ,After All approvals - Quarterly Menu audit Check physically with menu and punch in Micros

? Inventory variance Send to concern and verify reason with their comments

? Liquor Issues From Stores B2B check along with venue sticker.

? Spot Check Outlets & main stores weekly and Table verification spot check in venues weekly.

? Top 20 Items Sale Report send to Executive chef & F&B Director.

? Special Festival events , Banquet Event costing report Preparation with the Support of Chef and prepaid events Profit & Loss.

? Month end inventory create in store system and feed the closing stock quantities and close ledger

? Reconcile the purchases through system, Close month end Inventories and PrepareMISReports

? Policies & procedures Follow up as per Brand Standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
