Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Controller to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of our F&B department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing profits, minimizing losses, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage F&B inventory, ordering, and cost control

- Oversee menu engineering, pricing, and profitability

- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize menu and promotions

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards

- Supervise and train F&B staff, including scheduling and performance management

- Conduct regular audits and inventory counts

- Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue and growth

- Implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Finance, or related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or control

- Strong analytical and financial management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

- Proficiency in F&B software and systems

- Proficiency in report preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
