Job Description
Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller
:
• Monitor and control the food & beverage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Assist in managing and analyzing F&B costs, ensuring profitability.
• Prepare reports and track costs related to food and beverage operations.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for daily, weekly, and monthly data.
• Ensure proper documentation of all purchases and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to verify stock and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Ensure all records and reports are accurate and timely.
Requirements:
• Minimum 12th standard education.
• 1-2 years of work experience in hotels or related industries (preferably in costing).
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?16,000.00 per month
