Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced F&B Controller to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our Food & Beverage (F&B) department within a dynamic casino environment. The ideal candidate will ensure cost control, inventory management, and compliance while contributing to the smooth operation of our hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities
• Cost Control & Budgeting:
• Monitor and analyze F&B costs to ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain cost control procedures and budgets.
• Inventory Management:
• Supervise the purchase, storage, and issuance of F&B supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize waste and theft.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain records for audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate detailed reports on consumption, costs, and inventory.
• Analyze trends to support strategic decision-making.

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
